Question 42: To ask the Minister for Finance if he will provide a detailed list of any State organisations, including non-commercial statutory bodies, which, since 1 January 2009 appointed a person to the post equivalent to chief executive officer or [i]de facto[/i] Accounting Officer to such an office, who was, within 12 months of that appointment a member of the board of that organisation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. In response to the Deputy's question during since 1 January 2009 the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) was established in December 2009. The Chief Executive Officer of NAMA Mr. Brendan McDonagh is an ex officio member of the Board. In addition, since 1 January 2009, Mr. Mike Aynsley was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and a board member of the Irish Bank Resolution Company (formerly known as Anglo).
