Question 252: To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport his views that companies that have been awarded public works contracts here and are registered in other EU countries, which do not operate construction workers pension schemes or operate construction workers pension schemes that require substantially lower employer pension contributions than the Irish CWPS, are gaining an unfair competitive advantage; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
