As the Deputy will be aware the company referred to in the Parliamentary Question is a very large multi-functional company. It is possible that this company could be meeting my Department or the NTMA on a whole range of issues. I have assumed for the purpose of replying to you question that the Deputy is referring to meetings with the company relating to IBRC. In this context there have been weekly meetings/conference calls with my Department since December 16, 2011. My own diary indicates that the Taoiseach and I met with the company referred to in the question on the 8 November 2011. The matter of the IBRC retention agreement did not arise. The NTMA have informed me that no meeting in relation to, or concerning, the retention agreement with IBRC took place in the relevant period.
