Question 191: To ask the Minister for Finance if he will reconsider his decision to apply the health levy to the salary of frontier workers in view of the fact that they do not avail of health facilities in this State. [9843/12]

The Health Levy was abolished in Budget 2011 along with the Income Levy. They were replaced by the Universal Social Charge which has few, if any, special exemptions.
