Question 138: To ask the Minister for Social Protection the reason an award agreed via the Employment Appeals Tribunal has not being paid in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Offaly; if any outstanding entitlement to State redundancies exist and is likely to be paid; the extent of redress available to them arising from their previous employers non-compliance with the decision of the EAT; and if she will make a statement on the matter. There is no record of a redundancy lump sum claim in respect of the person concerned. I understand that my officials have liaised directly with your office and await contact from the person concerned in this regard.
