Question 509: To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality, in view of the fact that local gardaí on the County Donegal side of Lough Foyle have stated that they have instructions to take no action below the high water level of the lough as they have no jurisdiction there, if he will confirm that whatever the current state of negotiations on the question of proprietary ownership of the sea floor of Lough Foyle, that this is in fact the present situation.
