1The person named was approved for participation in the Agri-Environment Options Scheme with effect from 1st November 2010 and full payment has issued in respect of 2010.

Under the EU Regulations governing the Scheme and other area-based payment schemes, a comprehensive administrative check, including cross-checks with the Land Parcel Identification System, had to be completed before any payment could issue in respect of the 2011 payment. These checks have now been successfully completed and I expect payment to issue shortly

1An application under the 2011 Single Payment Scheme was received from the person named on 14 April 2011, processing of which has recently been finalised, thereby allowing payment to issue directly to the nominated bank account of the person named on 12 January 2012.
