Question 168: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government to set out, in tabular form, the number of cases of anti-social behaviour in private accommodation which were brought to the attention of the Private Residential Tenancies Board for each of the past four years; the number of these cases in which action was taken by the PRTB against a tenant engaging in anti-social behaviour; and the number of times this included the eviction of a tenant. I have no function in the operational matters of the Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB), an independent statutory body established under the Residential Tenancies Act 2004. The PRTB publishes statistics, which include anti-social behaviour disputes, in its Annual Reports available on the website www.prtb.ie.
