An application under the Single Payment Scheme/Disadvantaged Area Scheme was received from the persons named on 18 April 2011, following processing of which over-claims were identified in respect of three land parcels declared by the persons named. Following correspondence with my Department, the persons named confirmed, on 6 December, that they accepted the reference areas assigned to these parcels under my Department's Land Parcel Identification System. The application was then processed as per the Terms and Conditions of the Single Payment Scheme/Disadvantaged Area Scheme, based on the governing EU regulations, thereby allowing the appropriate payments to issue shortly to the persons named.
