I can inform the Deputy that a person who has suffered personal injuries as a result of a crime of violence in this State may make application for compensation under the terms of the Scheme of Compensation for Personal Injuries Criminally Inflicted to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal. An application form may be obtained by contacting the Tribunal's Offices at 13 Lower Hatch Street, Dublin 2, telephone number 6610604, fax number 6610598. An application form may also be printed down from my Department's website (www.justice.ie).
