My Department approved an initial budget cost of €445,000 for the refurbishment of houses in the Cranmore estate. The detailed information relating to the current status of the refurbishment contract, final contract cost, the date the units will be available for letting and the precise location of houses for demolition is a matter for Sligo Borough Council and may be obtained from the Council.
