Question 373: To ask the Minister for Health the cost to him of hiring a private ambulance to transport a patient from South Tipperary General Hospital to Waterford General Hospital for a day procedure; the reason it would be necessary to use a private ambulance; his views that this is not a good use of resources; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
