I am informed by the Garda authorities that the Garda investigation into the matters referred to by the Deputy is ongoing in liaison with the National Transport Authority. When the investigation is completed, an investigation file will be submitted to the Law Officers for a decision regarding what criminal charges, if any, are to be preferred. The Deputy will appreciate that it would therefore be inappropriate for me to comment further at this time.
