The sourcing of property on behalf of Government Departments is a matter for the Office of Public Works. There are two leases currently held by my Department. These leases are not upward-only rent review contracts. My Department is actively seeking an alternative use for these premises for the remainder of their lease.

The following are details of location, landlords and value of leases.

PremisesLandlordAnnual Value of Lease
Irish Life Building, Block D, Abbey Court, Dublin 1Aramark Ireland€98,500
1 Ormond Quay, Dublin 1Joan Burke€48,000
