An application under the 2011 Single Payment Scheme was received from the person named on 12 May 2011, following processing of which an over-claim was identified on one of the land declared. The person named was written to on 28 October in this regard and, immediately on receipt of a satisfactory reply, the application will be further processed with a view to the appropriate payment issuing shortly thereafter.
