The person concerned applied for disablement benefit, under the occupational injuries scheme, on 10 October 2011 in respect of an accident that occurred on Saturday, 27 November 2010. The application has been refused as the person concerned was not working on the day of the accident. Therefore, the accident cannot be considered an occupational accident and, consequently, is not covered under the occupational injuries scheme.
