The application in question is in the name of Bradan Fanad Teoranta t/a Marine Harvest Ireland. In accordance with standard procedures, observations have been requested by my Department in respect of the application from a range of scientific, engineering and other advisors. On receipt of all necessary observations my Department will give further consideration to the application and, if appropriate, will move to the public consultation stage of the process.
