I have been informed by the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service that the person referred to by the Deputy arrived in the State as a student on 13 September 2009 and that their current student conditions expired on 3 October 2011. This person is advised to write to the General Immigration section in INIS clearly setting out full details of their case.
