The 2011 estimate for the Department's schemes, services and administration as published in the 2011 REV is €20.62 billion. Expenditure to the end of October 2011 is provisionally estimated at €17.3 billion. 2011. This is subject to reconciliation and verification. Accordingly, approximately €3.32 billion of the 2011 Estimate remains unspent at this stage.
