There is provision in 2011 for expenditure of almost €148 million on tourism services across a diverse range of activities such as marketing, tourism product development, registration and grading, business supports and tourism information offices. All of these monies are voted for use by the State tourism agencies, Fáilte Ireland, Tourism Ireland and the Shannon Free Airport Development Company. I have referred the Deputy's question to these agencies for direct reply concerning funding available for new tourism initiatives. Please advise my private office if you do not receive a reply within ten working days.
