Question 385: To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality if he is satisfied that the electoral law in relation to election material which states that it is an offence to print posters, leaflets and so on without an imprint is being enforced; if there have been any prosecutions in relation to this; if any candidate has not received a refund of election expenses for failing to have the imprint; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
