Question 213: To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the saving to the Exchequer if all existing public service pension payments to former employees of State agencies under the aegis of his Department were capped at €35,000 per year. [29783/11]

The capping of existing public service pensions which are already in payment would involve changes in the terms and conditions of employment of former public servants, which is a policy matter for the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform.
