Question 336: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if any release from repayment commitments has or will be granted to persons who took out high fixed interest loans from local authorities back in the 1980s and who are still struggling with repayments though in many cases they have repaid many times a multiple of the original loan; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
