Question 173: To ask the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if he will provide a list of the commercial semi-State companies under his remit whose chief executives have agreed to take a voluntary salary cut to bring them within the €250,000 salary cap announced by the Minister for Public Expenditure; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My colleague, the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Deputy Brendan Howlin, announced the terms of a Government Decision for the introduction of pay ceilings for higher posts across the public service and for CEO posts in Commercial State Companies, in June 2011.
