Question 112: To ask the Minister for Finance if he will provide a detailed breakdown of the remaining cash reserves held by the National Treasury Management Agency; the portion of this money that was borrowed prior to 2009 and whether moneys currently held by the NTMA was drawn down from EU/IMF support programme funds; if so, if he will indicate from what portion of the funds; and if he will make a statement on the matter. This figure of €9 billion does not include the assets in the discretionary portfolio of the National Pensions Reserve Fund which amounted to €5.2 billion at end-August (of which, €422 million was held in cash at the Central Bank).
