Question 27: To ask the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht his views on the potential application here of a welfare and support programme for artists similar to GUSO in France; if he has carried out any research or feasibility analysis into the possibility of using such a system, or elements of such a system here in view of the potential benefit to the arts; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
