Question 295: To ask the Minister for Social Protection, further to Parliamentary Question No. 101 of 4 May 2011, if she will confirm the result of an appeal in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if she will explain the reason her benefit has been reduced by €2 per week and the reason her rent allowance has been reduced from €50 to €36, in view of the fact that her circumstances have worsened; and if she will increase both benefits immediately.
