Mr. Frank Allen tendered his resignation as CEO to the Board of Dundalk Port Company in a letter dated 30 May 2011, a copy of which was forwarded by the Company to my Department for information on 2 June 2011. The Company has informed me that Mr. Allen did not receive any severance package.
