Question 398: To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the Health Service Executive appeals office is experiencing a significantly increased volume of appeals; if his further attention has been drawn to the fact that the appeals office is advising applicants not to telephone the office because of the volume of work; if he intends to redeploy staff to assist in this office; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
