I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that a PAYE Balancing Statement granting relief in respect of Health Expenses claimed on a form MED 1 submitted for 2010 was issued to the person in question on 14 January 2011. An additional a copy of the PAYE Balancing Statement was issued to the person in question on 4 February 2011. I am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that they have no record of receiving any representations in April or June 2011 in respect of this case.
