In respect of funding for capital items it is open to any organisation, with a suitable project, to apply for funding under any future round of the sports capital programme. Information on the sports capital programme, including the most recently used application form and guidelines, are available on the Department's website, www.dttas.ie. As regards funding for current expenditure the matter raised is an operational one for the Irish Sports Council. I have referred the Deputy's Question to the agency for direct reply.
