Question 95: To ask the Minister for Finance the position regarding an application for a waiver which was received in the Chief State Solicitor's Office approximately a year ago in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Wicklow; if this can be dealt with as a matter of urgency; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
