Question 215: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the allocation that has been provided to local authorities for the provision of one-off rural local authority houses in 2011; if he has issued any directive in relation to this issue; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Funding for one-off rural dwellings is included within the general allocation for the provision of local authority housing within each housing authority's social housing investment programme. There is no separate provision for one-off rural housing.
