Question 154: To ask the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 143 of 4 May 2011, the reason the Health Service Executive response contains the inaccurate statement that an organisation (details supplied) is based there under the terms of a sublease granted by KADCA; and the steps he will take to ensure that the threat of eviction is withdrawn and such a sub-lease is granted.
