Question 328: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to whether HomeBond has carried out any risk assessment or analysis for the potential cost of remedial damage caused by pyritic materials; and if the moneys set aside for remediation are adequate to meet the potential cost of such remediation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. HomeBond is a private company providing structural defect insurance cover for new homes and I have no function in relation to the matters raised.
