Question 367: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the steps he will take to enable a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 with a personal assistant funded by the Health Service Executive via a service provider, to switch to a direct payment from the HSE in order that they may become the direct employer of their personal assistant or failing that to at least allow them switch service provider.
