Question 342: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if his attention has been drawn to the 27 recommendations made by a report into the circumstances pertaining to the death of a person (details supplied) and if he will account for all progress made into the implementation of each of these 27 recommendations. The HSE established a Women's Health Task Force to oversee the implementation of the recommendations from the report referred to by the Deputy. Of the twenty seven recommendations, twenty five have been implemented in full in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. The remaining two are partially complete and will be implemented as soon as possible.
