As the Deputy will be aware, on foot of the restructuring of Government Departments announced by the Taoiseach in March 2011, the functions of the Department of Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs have recently transferred to 6 reconfigured Government Departments.
I can confirm to the Deputy that there are no reviews arising under the EU/IMF Programme relation to the Family Policy function remaining in my Department, which is shortly to be re-named the Department of Children and Youth Affairs. With regard to the functions of my Department that have been transferred to other Departments, the Deputy will appreciate that the question of identifying any such reviews or reports in that regard would be a matter for the receiving Departments to consider.
