Question 667: To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the steps he will take to reinstate a Dublin Bus worker (details supplied) pending the initiation of a properly convened investigation overseen by an outside agency. [9793/11]

The issue raised is a matter for Dublin Bus and not one in which I have any role. There are established Industrial Relations procedures in place for dealing with grievances and disciplinary matters and these procedures should be adhered to in all such cases.
