The person named registered 8 animals under the 2008 Suckler Welfare Scheme, 5 animals under the 2009 Suckler Welfare Scheme and 7 animals under the 2010 Suckler Welfare Scheme. As outlined in my Department's letter of 7 April 2010 issued to the applicant, by joining the Scheme, each applicant undertook to carry out, and notify my Department, details of all the measures provided for in the Terms and Conditions of the Scheme for the full five years of the Scheme. As the person named did not notify my Department of any of the events required under the Scheme for 2008, he is, therefore, ineligible for payment for that year or for any future year of the Suckler Welfare Scheme.
