My reply to PQ 8179/11 of 19 April, 2011 set out the position in relation to my Department's property at Howth Fishery Harbour Centre.

As set out in my reply, my Department is not in a position to disclose confidential details of possible or ongoing discussions with third parties relating to commercial transactions. I am therefore not in a position to provide the information requested in relation to Howth Yacht Club.
