I am informed by the Office of the Refugee Applications Commissioner (ORAC) that they have no record of an application for asylum under the details as supplied by the Deputy.

All applicants for asylum are given an asylum reference number and I am informed by the ORAC that if the Deputy can provide this asylum reference number, it would facilitate the tracking of any such application in respect of the person concerned.
