Question 459: To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of vehicles seized by gardaí in 2008, 2009, 2010 and to date in 2011 with neither tax disc, insurance disk nor National Car Test certificate; the number of these vehicles that have been either sold off or crushed; and the penalties that apply to persons who wish to have their vehicles released.
