If the person, as identified by the Deputy, is a private fishery owner and can prove title to obtain a draft net licence, he will, upon application, be issued with a salmon fishing licence by Inland Fisheries Ireland to fish in accordance with the Wild Salmon and Sea Trout Tagging Scheme Regulations.
