Question 302: To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality the annual allocation to the maintenance of Garda premises since 2004, the number of Garda stations that have received such maintenance and the number that have received significant structure and interior refurbishment since 2004. [6742/11]

The Garda accommodation programme is based on agreed priorities established by An Garda Síochána and it is brought forward in close cooperation with the Office of Public Works, which has responsibility for the provision and maintenance of Garda accommodation. Capital funding for significant refurbishment work in excess of €65,000 is a matter for the Office of Public Works.
The Office of Public Works has provided details of the number of Garda stations which have undergone significant works since 2004 and they are set out in the attached table. These figures do not include new Garda stations constructed during that period. In addition, funding for refurbishment works up to €65,000 is provided in the Vote of An Garda Síochána. Details of the number of Garda stations which have undergone such refurbishment since 2004, and the annual expenditure, are also set out in the attached table.
