Question 287: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if a full medical card will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; the reason the card was not issued on renewal in view of the fact that their case for the card was already established when the original card was issued; if their spouse will also be included on the card in view of the fact that they too have medical problems; and if she will expedite the matter.
