The Legal Costs Bill will provide for regulation and assessment of legal costs and for the establishment of a Regulator to replace the Office of Taxing Master. The details of my proposals will be published as soon as possible this year in line with a commitment in the EU-IMF Programme of Financial Support for Ireland.
