I am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that an application for a C2 certificate was received from the taxpayer. The Revenue district is in ongoing correspondence with the taxpayer's agents in connection with this matter. There has been no reply to date from letters which issued on the 3rd November and 25th November 2010.
