The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) administers the Warmer Homes Scheme (WHS) on behalf of my Department. I have no function in relation to individual grant applications. Queries in relation to individual applications are an operational matter for the SEAI. Dedicated hot lines for both schemes are available (WHS hot line - 1800 250 204 and HES hot line - 1850 927 000) and all queries, from scheme applicants and public representatives, on delivery dates for individual households and/or funding agreements are dealt with immediately.
