All expenses paid to staff of my Department are in accordance with the Department of Finance circulars governing travel and subsistence.
The total mileage payments made annually since 2007 for the purposes of official travel are tabulated.

Minister Martin Mansergh is a Minister of State at my Department with special responsibility for the Arts and is also Minister of State at the Department of Finance with special responsibility for the office of Public Works. The salary and expenses for any drivers associated with the Minister of State are not paid by my Department.
